Most Information Sites are completed in 2–3 days. CMS Websites take 3–5 days due to the additional backend setup. This assumes you have your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts) ready. The 8-step process typically takes 2–4 hours of your active time — the rest is AI generation and build automation.

At minimum: your logo, brand colors (primary, secondary, accent), preferred fonts, industry description, and tone of voice (professional, playful, bold, minimal, or luxury). The more you provide, the more targeted the AI output. If you don’t have brand assets, we can help you define them during the process.

Yes. Standard pages use template-based layouts with AI-generated content. Custom pages (premium upsell) give you section-by-section control via chat refinement at ~$0.01 per edit. You can iterate on headlines, copy, layout choices, and section structure until it’s exactly right.

Information Sites are self-contained HTML + CSS + JS — deployable anywhere. CMS Websites are built with Next.js 15, Supabase (PostgreSQL), and Tailwind CSS. All sites use responsive design, modern web standards, and are optimized for Core Web Vitals.

Absolutely. If you download the codebase, you get the full source code. It’s standard Next.js / HTML — any developer can modify, extend, or integrate it into your existing systems.

Yes. The CMS dashboard at /admin is designed for business users. Edit blog posts, update team members, manage testimonials, view form submissions, and upload media — all without touching code. It’s similar to WordPress but purpose-built for your site structure.

Your site goes offline after a grace period. You can always download your codebase before cancellation and deploy it elsewhere. Your data and content remain accessible for export.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee through the preview stage (Step 7). If you’re not happy with the design before launch, we’ll revise until you are. Once a site is deployed or code is downloaded, the project fee is non-refundable.

Kre8iv Cloud hosted sites include ongoing support, uptime monitoring, and platform updates. Downloaded sites include 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes. Managed Launch includes ongoing maintenance as part of the hosting agreement.
