What’s included in my monthly subscription?+

Your subscription covers the initial site build, deployment to your server, managed hosting (SSL, CDN, backups, security patches, uptime monitoring), and monthly maintenance hours for content updates and design tweaks. Starter includes 2 hrs/mo, Professional 5 hrs/mo, and Enterprise 10 hrs/mo.

What counts as a maintenance hour?+

Content updates, copy changes, adding new pages, design tweaks, bug fixes, and technical adjustments. Routine hosting tasks (backups, security patches, SSL renewals) are handled automatically and don’t count toward your hours. Unused hours do not roll over.

What if I need more hours than my plan includes?+

Additional maintenance hours are available at $75/hr (Starter), $60/hr (Professional), or $50/hr (Enterprise). We’ll always notify you before exceeding your included hours.

How does annual billing work?+

Pay upfront for 12 months and save up to 17%. Starter drops from $149 to $124/mo ($1,490/yr). Professional drops from $299 to $249/mo ($2,990/yr). Enterprise drops from $599 to $499/mo ($5,990/yr). Annual plans still include the 6-month minimum guarantee.

Why is there a 6-month minimum?+

Building a professional website takes significant upfront effort. The 6-month commitment ensures we can invest properly in your site’s setup, optimization, and ongoing maintenance. After 6 months, you continue month-to-month with no lock-in.

Do I own the website?+

You own your content, brand assets, and domain. The site runs on your server infrastructure. If you cancel after the minimum term, we provide a full export of your codebase and data.

Can I upgrade my plan later?+

Yes. Upgrading preserves all your brand tokens, sitemap, and content. You simply start paying the higher monthly rate and we add the additional features and maintenance hours.

What about multi-site or agency pricing?+

If you manage multiple client sites or need white-label capabilities, contact us for custom volume pricing. We offer significant discounts for 5+ sites.
