1. Services

Kre8ivLabs provides an AI-powered web design platform that generates professional websites through a guided 8-step process. Our services include AI content generation, design mood application, website preview, and deployment options (cloud hosting, code download, or managed launch).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. One person or legal entity may maintain one free account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the design mood system or prompt architecture; share account credentials with unauthorized parties; use automated tools to access the platform beyond normal usage patterns; or resell access to the platform without an Agency-tier agreement.

4. Intellectual property

Content you generate: You own the content generated through our platform, including text, layouts, and configurations specific to your brand. You may use, modify, and distribute your generated websites without restriction.

Our platform: The Kre8ivLabs platform, design mood system, section variants, prompt architecture, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property. Your license to use these is limited to generating websites through the platform as intended.

Brand assets: You retain all rights to brand assets you upload (logos, fonts, colors). We use these solely to generate your website content and do not claim any ownership.

5. Payment terms

Project fees (Information Site, CMS Website, E-Commerce) are due upon project initiation via Stripe. Hosting fees are billed monthly in advance. AI generation costs (~$0.01 per section edit) are aggregated and billed monthly. All prices are in USD. Refund policy: full refund available before Step 7 (Preview). No refunds after deployment or code download.

6. Hosting and availability

Kre8iv Cloud hosting is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it at this stage. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your site remains live until the end of the current billing period. After that, there is a 30-day grace period during which you can download your codebase. After the grace period, your hosted site is taken offline and data is scheduled for deletion.

8. Limitation of liability

Kre8ivLabs is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated content, the suitability of design moods for your specific use case, or uninterrupted service availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
